PSC is a Pharmacy Consulting Business, established in 2011 by Kevin Harrall and Martin Phypers to provide a unique combination of services to pharmacy owners. Having both worked in the pharmacy sector for most of our careers we have unrivalled expertise in pharmacy business development.

Kevin Harrall – Director
Kevin is a pharmacist who spent many years at Alliance Pharmacy as an area manager gaining valuable operational experience. He then progressed into business development where he specialised in acquiring pharmacies, NHS contract applications, pharmacy regulations and all aspects of portfolio management.
Following the merger of Alliance Pharmacy and Boots Kevin was part of the team responsible for the disposal of more than 100 branches as well as having responsibility for the Boots community pharmacy portfolio development strategy.
Later in his position as Head of Healthcare Services Development at Boots, Kevin was responsible for leading the company’s strategy in identifying and delivering new services income opportunities for the business.
Emma Griffiths – Consultant
Emma is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in the pharmacy industry.
With over two decades of experience, she has held key roles in property, business development, and operational leadership, most recently in her role at the Head of Property for Well.
Emma’s expertise extends to mergers and acquisitions, pharmacy regulations, business planning, operations management, property management, coaching, and retail. Her strong human resources skills, coupled with a LLB in Law from Swansea University, make her a valuable asset to the PSC team.
