We’re delighted to learn that another application for a pharmacy to be included with the Pharmacy Access Scheme list has been approved by NHSE. ✅
Acting on behalf of an independent pharmacist in Surrey we managed to successfully argue that the closure of the nearest pharmacy coupled with an unsuitable route across open common land to the next nearest competitor was sufficient for the pharmacy to qualify for the scheme.
Our client will now benefit from additional funding securing the long term future of the pharmacy.
