Acting on behalf of an independent contractor we have just completed a relocation of a pharmacy from within a GP surgery to a nearby retail unit.
The surgery is being extended and modernised and the GP’s have temporarily moved out. Our client is unable to trade whilst the works are taking place but he now has options to consider once the GP’s return to the site
